Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe in good faith that any content on the ASAP Hub website (the "Site") infringes your copyright rights, you may submit a Copyright Infringement Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent listed below.
Your notice must include the following information as required by the DMCA:
1 A full name and physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2 Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by your notice, you may provide a representative list.
3 Sufficient detail to enable us to identify and locate the infringing material, such as a direct URL link to the page containing the copyrighted content.
4 Your contact information, including mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5 A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6 A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will respond expeditiously and take appropriate action, which may include the removal of the infringing content from the Site.Counter-Notice (Response to Copyright Infringement Claim)
If you believe that a copyright infringement notice has been improperly submitted against you, you may submit a Counter-Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information required by the DMCA:
1 Your full name and physical or electronic signature.
2 Identification of the copyrighted material that was removed or disabled, including a direct URL link to the page before it was removed.
3 A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4 Your contact information, including name, address, email address, and telephone number.
5 A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the judicial district where your address is located (if in the United States) or the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Manhattan) if your address is outside the U.S.
6 A statement that you accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will provide a copy to the individual who submitted the original copyright infringement notice. Unless they file a legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
